To cater the middle income level households, a modern bungalow house plan with three bedrooms requires 101 square meters floor area to build. The distinguished essentials of this design comprise the porch/carport, terrace, combined living and dining rooms, three bedrooms, two T&B, kitchen and service/working area.

In the center of the front elevation is the covered terrace secured by a colored green shed roof. It is elevated by three steps from the finished grade floor line level to give extra bearing on the total height of the structure. Sitting to the right of the terrace is the porch which equally serves as a one-car garage.

The floor plan of this modern bungalow house plan with three bedrooms shows a conceptual planning of placements of all rooms. The terrace sits in the middle of the front facade where the main door opens to the living room. The living room is furnished by an L-shaped couch serving as the partition between the living and dining rooms. Actually, the design has the living and dining rooms combined in one space with an area 21.45 m².

The three bedrooms of average sizes sit comfortably on the three corners of the plan. The master’s bedroom on the far right corner measures 3.85 x 3.40 meters with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in-closet. Comparatively, the other rooms have identical sizes of 3.40 x 3.30 meters. Both of them have individual walk-in closets as well. Although separated from each other, they promote privacy, connection and freedom.

The design has common toilet for general use beside the bedroom in the front corner of the plan. The kitchen which is the heart of the house dwells in front of the living/dining rooms with a concrete divider between them. The L-shaped galley has a sufficient area of 14.85 m² to serve the family. Additionally, there is service/working area in the background of the kitchen to handle other family household chores. The design proposes the concrete roofing space above to be a roof deck. This extra space is usable to serve the family for activities and social functions.
