Description
Mediterranean style, Lovella is a one storey house design with a floor area of 70 m². This model is designed for the following considerations: average lot area, regular floor area, appropriate choice for middle income families and a friendly lay out of house components. This residential scheme features the use of veneer stone finishing, aluminum windows and tegula tiles roofing laid out in a combination of gable and hip roofs.
The design was plotted with two walls in a firewall to maximize the left side and house frontage to provide an optimum service as the lot area is not so big. The plan looks so traditional but still appears so smart which is an excellent choice for economic aspect. Unlike modern architecture which uses glass as primary medium, this design employs the use of typical old fashioned materials that defines simplicity but appealing to the eyes.
The arcs constructed in a stepped formation from the garage to the bedroom complemented the style of the front architecture and matches the look of the roof. In addition to this, the arcs provide fresh homey appeal. Convenient living pervades this design with a low maintenance exterior and side garage for convenient lots.

The plan was designed with an elevated walkway from the road which adds intensity on the overall height of the house. A halfly-wrapped porch provides balance to the garage and bedroom at the right side. The living room receives the entrance with the living room, dining and kitchen designed next to each other. The limitation of the space inside the house can be complemented by a service area which can be built beside the carport. The front garage lies close to the kitchen which helps make tasks of transferring things from the car to the counter easier.
The size of space suggested a compact design with the 3 bedrooms laid out in a collinear but stylish fashion. The difference in elevation of the main house rooms and the bedrooms provides additional magnitude in appearance. The master’s bedroom has a private bath; with the other bath located beside the kitchen which will also serve a guest bath. Each of the bedrooms is provided with individual walk-in-closets. The plainness and arrangement of the design demonstrates clear control of activities and presence of all family members.
