This tropical house looks stunning with how the structure is roofed with three assemblies of hip type roof showing fine touches of valley and ridge. Another key point of this house plan is the perfect blend of colors white and grey from bottom to top. Additionally, a layer of orange and a shade of brown simply offer an extra appeal.

The sleeping quarter of this house has an elevation of three steps from the main floor line. Two bedrooms are placed on opposite corners of the left section with an attached T&B in the middle. One bedroom is furnished by a private toilet and bath while the other share with the common unit for the family. A carport lies on the right portion of the design.
