This simple single floor house design although small didn’t fail to offer an attractive exterior. The design is elevated at three steps from the natural grade line giving an extra level to the total height of the structure. The porch looks classy with accents of square columns with stacked stones and secured by a gable roof. Metal sheet roofing covered the eaves of the living and bedroom as well as the roof covering the staircase. The colored red metal sheet roofing creates a blend with the white and grey color that dominates the whole exterior façade.

From the main entrance is the living room furnished with an L-shaped couch arranged facing the main door. One of the bedrooms stays to the right of the living room while the master’s bedroom sits to the left of the plan just in front of the sitout. The MBR is furnished with its own T&B and walk-in-closet. The common toilet sits below the staircase to the roof deck to serve the family for general use.
The dining room sits opposite the living room and to the left of the kitchen which occupy the back section of the house. The components coordinate with each with their placements. Finally, the roof deck design is very functional as it can serve the family for various purposes. It can be a room for night relaxation, a recreation room or a space for family affairs and social gatherings.
Indeed, space will not be a constraint to have a stunning house of class and style. It’s a matter of smart designing and use of great interior concepts.
