
The concept of prefabricated houses is not a new one. In fact, it has certainly evolved and expanded in the past few decades to become a viable path to homeownership for people of all levels. When you hear the term prefabricated house or simply prefab, it refers to a type of building construction rather than a specific style of the house. They are homes that are built off-site and then transported to and assembled at a final location for use.
Generally, most prefab houses are small in size and thus, will incur less expenses to build. Since it will be transferred to a final destination, it doesn’t have to be heavy so transport will be easier. Likewise, since the area is small, then we expect only a few rooms composing the house.
This single detached house design emphasizes uniqueness and style. A house in a blend of brown and black creates a dynamic and warm atmosphere. The exterior facade is very simple with a mix of wooden panels in brown and black colors. The appeal shines by providing simple sconce lights that illuminate the exterior of the house.
This design in an elevated scheme has an entrance on the side with a black wooden door. Additionally, two sides of this house feature floor-to-ceiling glass walls allowing the interior to feel pleasant. In fact, the wall glass allows natural light and air to penetrate inside for a cozier feel. Similarly, using glass medium allows the homeowners to get a good look of the panoramic view outside.

The interior layout has no partition due to space limitation. From the entrance door, you will immediately observe the living space with the bedroom in front and the bathroom on the right side.
This small design will be best as a vacation house. With its setting in a very pleasant surroundings, comfort will be its main benefit.
