The balcony serves as roof to the carport as well which makes this model design economic.This will be functional as well to the family in holding family activities, just perfect for coziness as it overlooks to the main road. Vertical columns extending up to the roof provides multiple purposes, support, reinforcement and aesthetics revealing simple modern architecture.
Another model house for small lot areas, the living room, dining and kitchen are laid out side by side on the right side. Along the opposite side are one bedroom, the storage below the staircase, a guest bath and a laundry area constructed in beside each other. For the purpose of maximizing the space and for economic reasons, the house has to be built with a firewall on two sides. The firewall has not made the design uncomfortable as windows are provided from the living room to the kitchen /dining to ensure that enough ventilation is supplied inside the house.
