Open to below design features are always a favorite in any residential design. Matthew’s four bedroom layout which opens to the family hallway which in turn to living and dining area below is no exception.
The guest room / den being being accessible from the living and dining and being directly adjacent to the stairs are just some of the American design influence of Matthew model. The contemporary facade of this two story cool house plan features concrete or metal tile roofing, interesting architectural concrete mouldings, large picture windows, square columns and many more interesting design features.
Ground floor consists of the single car garage, main entrance porch, living room, dining and kitchen. Guest room which is 3.5 meters by 3.5 meters with built-in cabinets is ajacent to the stairs and both accessible from living and dining room. Small storage room is provided for the kitchen and a separate laundry room with open shelves is ready for washing and drying.
