The dining room and the kitchen which occupy one third of the first floor area are very close enough for the kitchen to serve the dining. A toilet and bath as well is provided on the ground floor located below the staircase.  Between the living room and the dining room is a sliding door that leads to an open space which could be a casual zone for family activities and other friendly gatherings.

The second floor plan of this particular modern house design has almost the same layout as the first floor level. The idea of maximizing the space is demonstrated by the way the bedroom suites are laid out.  There is only unit of toilet and bath shared by the bedrooms but then, each suite has each own walk-in-closet. A balcony which could serve as a family gathering area though, is provided with the entrance from the master’s bedroom through a sliding glass door. The balcony is designed with a stylish steel railing matching the overall appearance of this two storey house design. With a little touch of green and plants on the frontage will make this house more gorgeous. A garage is proposed for future improvement of this design.

The splendor and refinement of the exterior view of the structure counterbalanced the optimized space inside the building. Who could imagine that a compressed inner space can deliver this magnificent outer façade?
