In view of today’s economic status quo, many families face difficulties in building their own house. While the cost of living tremendously soar to the ceiling, their capacities to own one is becoming slimmer. Nevertheless, they resort to other means to award themselves with a shelter. In order to assist the home buyers, Pinoy House Designs offer one of their creations in Edgardo – renaissance of courtyard bungalow house for families who love to build or buy a unit.

The perspective itself is more than enough to sell this house design to any family. A single story home design, the floor area measures 90.0 m² with 10.5 meters frontage and 8.57 meters long. Because of the housing legal requirements of 1.5 meters setbacks, the house requires 244.0 m² lot to build. A property lot of 17.0 x 13.50 meters seems big, however, free spaces all around are useful for other purposes.

An overwhelming floor plan, the covered porch delivers a seamless introduction to the living room of this contemporary residence. It has a comfortable design of an L-shaped couch and a complete entertainment set. While the living and dining rooms display an open layout, the dining room on the other hand, is joined to the well-organized and practical L-shaped kitchen to the left. The scheme is an open and smooth flowing for informal meal service.

The dining room dwells in a comfortable zone which is easily accessible from all rooms of the house. From the dining room, a sliding glass door opens to the terrace in the back. The location allows a great supply of natural light and air to penetrate and ventilate the inside of this home. A single car-garage is designed in isolation to the left of the house in a firewall type.

Explicitly, the design is a manifestation of privacy and independence. Three bedrooms occupying the three corners justify the claim. While it expresses freedom, each room establish a high level and exciting connection. The master’s bedroom has a private toilet and bath while another unit of T&B is shared by the other bedrooms that sits between them. Besides, individual walk-in-closets accessorize all bedrooms.

But it will be appreciated more if it stands in private subdivisions and urban communities. This charming house plan celebrates distinctive angles, beautiful details and abstract appeal. As can be seen, the garage at the left looks strong as secured by circular columns and a firewall.

A covered porch elevated by two steps from the main grade line stands stylish as strengthened by pronounced circular columns with a little accent of slate tile stones. Likewise, one of the most remarkable feature of this contemporary house is the domination of autumn sparkling stones used in most of the front façade. This architectural building medium shows of as well in the right elevation and carport. Another smart feature of this courtyard house is the single assembly of gable roofs of GI sheets highlighted by a dormer idea in the carport.
