This contemporary house has a narrow frontage presentation with a garage laid out in a laddered style giving a longer side in appearance. The living spaces are laid out and arranged with individual privacy. A small porch adjacent to the garage directly leads to the living room.
The staircase is flanked by the living room and dining room a toilet and bath provided below the staircase to serve the first floor. The dining room and kitchen are adjacent to each other built in such a way to create an easy function for food service. A service area is also provided to accommodate other family household activities.
People of different income levels have different tastes when it comes to house choices. In particular, this model of Contemporary House Design will be a great choice for families who love and respect privacy. Just like how the first floor was laid out, the second floor level is laid out with a high level of privacy.
The three bedrooms were arranged on the three corners with the open area completing the rectangular plan. The master’s suite is provided with a great private toilet and bath while a common T&B is shared among the other bedrooms. In addition to this, all bedroom suites are designed and equipped with stepped ceilings, special, special lights and individual walk-in closets.
The elegance of Roberto is further illustrated by the perfect idea of converting the space above the living room as an area open to below which makes the design look big and spacious. The second floor level is made complete by the terrace which is located on the corner and overlooking to the whole subdivision. This serves as an extension of family activities.
The exterior exude balance and high definition of complementary materials. The glass walls used at the corners of the living room and open area provide ventilation and allows light to penetrate and illuminate the living spaces. The openable awning windows in one column allows the much needed air to pass through the inside the house.
The three segmented layers of concrete wall in off white paint from the floor to the roof simply complement the glass windows. The stability and durability of the design is further highlighted by using marbles and stones at significant portions of the house. The color choice of the marble is even perfect for the whole structure. The vertical steel fence is constructed in a way that the overall façade of the house is very visible from the outside.
For families who love privacy, elegance and style, this Contemporary House Design is a great choice to own. This model house has a floor area of 202 m² which requires a minimum lot area of 198 m².
